The WET ICE 300mK He3 DIPPER is manufactured predominantly using welded stainless steel technology to provide a reliable and robust system.
It is designed to be used in any 4He cryostat with a neck diameter greater than 2 inches, including liquid 4He storage vessels.
ICE can customise the dipper to suit your system requirements.

A compact cryogen-free ³He system for use in a UHV environment, sample in vacuum, uses a closed cycle cooler with vibration eliminated by a bellows system. A 1K stage allows full condensation of the ³He charge which extends the hold time at a base temperature of 300mK to 40 hours, and gives a fast regeneration time
The DICEDIPPER insert with a large diameter will be designed specifically to operate within the clear neck of a custom made vapour shielded helium dewar. The dipper will have a large sample space with room to mount various components to for experimental work. The height of the system will also be minimised where possible to ensure it will integrate into the purposed laboratory. The insert comes with a self-contained 3He gas charge and includes our patented condensation process.
The system can be combined with one of our anti-vibration frames to reduce the vibration at sample.

The DICEEASIFIT is a high access dilution refrigerator available with 200µW and 400µW of cooling power.
The uniquely designed insert and dilution unit incorporate a ‘D' shaped 1K pot, still and mixing chamber base for increased sample access. The large clear areas available for experimental access are ideally suited for installing an extensive range of electrical wiring options, fibre optics and other cryogenic devices.
The cryostat is designed to hold a sufficient volume of cryogens to allow for a convenient period of experimental operation between refills. It is constructed from non-magnetic materials with all vacuum seals tested for leak tightness on a mass spectrometer to better than 1 x 10-9mbarL/sec.
